"Huge ripoff, ordered $67.80 worth of merchandise plus shipping. Received a substitute product which I did not want nor could not use. E-mailed them four times, they did not respond. Finally found a phone number and called, machine answered and again no response. I have paid for unusable merchandise and have no hopes of any satisfaction.

Beware of doing business with iQSHOPPE and COP O JOE DBA VITA NATUR located in Ann Arbor,MI, they are dishonest."

"I placed an order for $101.15 of products on May 4, 2010. IQShoppe took my money and marked the product as shipped, but did not list a tracking number. I have attempted to contact them by email at 3 different addresses 5 times and have received no response. I still do not have my products.

This as been the worst customer service. At this point I do not expect to receive my order.

DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT!"
