"Waited from 8am to 2:20pm for Fed Ex today. Had to pick up my son from school 5 minutes down the road. Came back home and I missed the delivery. *Signature required... Fed Ex tracking does not indicate approx. time the package will be delivered (they don't give you a window). I can't even waived the signature requirement. Called Fed Ex., I was told 8am-8pm. Ok. Do IRA Lexus really expect their customer to be home for 12 hours and wait for a $300 auto parts package? Most of us work and have a life! I have received countless packages from Amazon, Ebay, and other auto dealerships without a signature requirement. Some 4 time more in value. Why not just insured the package and bypass the signature (you are charging me extra $ for signature requirement shipping method already)? This process is painful. Intrusive and not necessary! I will not order for you again. Now, I have to stay home all day tomorrow again and make sure I do not leave the house for 12 hours. Really?"
"Ira staff very helpful I’m confirming part #’s and availability, especially Bill Linehan. On-line order process was a bit tricky in terms of order input where category type and refine search had to be entered every time a part was ordered. What was helpful is that you could visually see a picture of the part you were ordering each time you entered it to the order which improved order accuracy. "
