"The website clearly stated there were e3110 processors in stock, my account was even charged. I called tech support the next day and they said the product would be shipped by noon. At noon I received a back ordered email as if my order was canceled for someone else. Not a good way to advertise items as in stock if they really aren't."

"I found tihs store at pricewatch.com and noticed they are 5 min from my house. I went into the location to purchase the new Zalman CNPS9500 for my Pentium D 840. I was having a heat problem (53 C idle; 70 C when 100% CPU)using the Zalman CNPS7700. The 9500 is a GREAT product! (45 C idle; 60 C 100%CPU). I also use 2 120 cm fans in an antec p160 case. Initially made the order for pickup. They called when they found out the next day that there would be a wait of up to 5 days. They gave me an option of a deposit refund or to hold on and wait and have it shipped to my house. A choice!
I decided to wait and 2 days later it arrived by courier at my door, no dead pixels no defects.
The _only_ issue was that I didn't receive an invoice which was corrected immediately with a short e-mail.
