"Stay away from this company. Its employees regularly engage in fraudulent and deceptive trade practices. It even received an F rating from the BBB. Poor sound quality, billing without providing services, charging for unlimited calls and "free" equipment. Buyer beware!"

"I have been a customer of ITP's for several months now, and I have to say I just love their service. I signed up for ITP because the cell phone coverage at my home is abysmal. ITP's monthly plans are great and the call quality is phenomenal. I have had a time or two when the quality was noticeably bad, but of the hundreds of calls I have placed in the last 3 months to have only a couple bad calls is fantastic--I wish I could say the same for my cell phone service!

The only problem I have had was when I signed up, it was not very clear what the initial signup cost was, and what taxes would be added on every month. I understand they don't control the taxes but was a little shocked when I saw my first bill at how much they were--it would have been nice to be forewarned. All things considered, though, that's a small complaint and certainly won't prevent me from continuing to use their service."
