"Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. Two weeks ago I called IT Supplies and told their rep I needed to buy a high-end photo printer as well as photo paper. I told him what printer I had in mind but I wasn’t sure what type of paper I’d want to print my art on it with. I told him I’d love to acquire everything ASAP as I have a solo art exhibit at a local gallery and would like to sell prints. He took my email address over the phone and said he would tell me how to upload samples of my art to them so he could print out samples of it using the printer I was interested in and on the different paper stocks they offered. Three hours later I received nothing in my email and went online and found their email and gave him the benefit that maybe he wrote down the wrong address (even though I spelled it for him). He emailed back and apologized and told me to just attach a few samples in the return email and he would shoot the samples to me in three days. A week passes and I receive nothing in the mail. I email the rep and he stated he had to go out of town for a few days with no apology for dropping the ball on these samples I desperately need—and need in a hurry. I very kindly remind him I need them for my upcoming show. He emails back and responds “Good news! Printing them out today. I'll send them over via Next Day Air so you can have them by tomorrow.”. As you can imagine quite a bit of time passes—five days (which was yesterday). I email him first thing yesterday morning and politely ask if the samples were sent yet. He responds “I’ll check with my team and get back immediately!“. As I said, that was in the morning . I finally get a follow-up this morning—24 hours later—stating they don’t have the printer available to print the samples nor do they have any of the paper samples in stock. He could have just said the printer wasn’t available and not have mentioned about no paper available in a supply store. My art show is next week and I really can’t imagine I’ll be able to pull this all together in time to purchase a printer and decide on paper, etc.... I’m actually wondering if this rep (whose name I don’t need to say) is experiencing some hard times—emotionally or with some form of substance. Maybe if the head of IT Suppies sees this review something will be done to address his problem. Maybe the rep is pretty much the one running the company. Either way, the number of red flags they’re throwing up is kind of shocking. At this point I would say be cautious."

"My first purchase from IT Supplies was a Canon iPF6100 printer which is a piece of high end professional equipment. I was walking on eggshells during this transaction because the price **seemed** "too good to be true". I was very pleased to discover that my concern was unwarranted. The printer was delivered in perfect condition, complete, and all original, without any problem or delay.
Since then, I have been back numerous times for papers and inks. Shipping is always quick, prices are always excellent, and my sales rep - Brendon - is always courteous and helpful.
