"It seems like people only come to comment when they are mad so I am here to say some nice things about this place. Their orders are slow but it's not kept a secret.
I got an order confirmation and received my laser pointer in about 2 weeks. Alson October I ordered some stuff for my dad to help him out on halloween expecting it not to make it. It actually came in 3 days before halloween which was a week earlier than I expected. I even threw in 5 dollars for a big bonus mystery item, It was a travel charcoal grille. Not really something I would have expected but at least I can use the easy-light charcoal in my Cobb grill!
I'd normally rate them 4/5 stars but because of all the 1 star reviews they get my 5"
"This company is in no way a scam. They ship slow, but they don't make that a secret. I have ordered here between 15-20 times. Everything has come as promised in the condition promised with ZERO issues. I understood the ship time as well as the order processing time prior to buying. They have always been upfront with their affiliates (jamminbutter, 13deals) and when the payment would be charged. They oversold on one of my orders and it was canceled. I was told promptly, apologies were issued and at no point was I charged. They gave me a code for free shipping on my next order for the issue. Fair enough I guess.
Simply put, if you don't read before you hit the pay button, it's your own fault. If you need a newly released item and need it TOMORROW, go pay full retail. If you want an item thats been out a while for a significant amount off use IHTHT.
I am not going to call this my favorite place in the world to shop, but they do what they do at a fair price and are NOT a scam company."
"I ordered 4 Clear2O pitchers in December. They were shipped USPS Smart Post and arrived within a reasonable time. They were new, sealed, undamaged, and well-packed. The shipping charge was very reasonable. I am happy with my purchase."
"My husband ordered Christmas Stockings of Crap for us. He was pretty excited about it because he thought they'd be really fun to open on Xmas morning, and he'd had bags of crap from Woot before that had some pretty cool stuff inside, e.g. Jawbone headsets, digital cameras, etc.
They were ordered on Nov.29 and they arrived on Dec.29. They didn't even get shipped until something like Dec.17. My husband complained to IHTHT sometime around Dec.26 and was given a shipping refund, with an email full of lame excuses.
When the stockings came, we could hear from the clinking glass that something was broken in one of them. It was a mug, a bad mug at that, so we didn't care that it was broken, luckily. The packaging was sub-standard, however.
In terms of the crap that was inside, OMG, was it ever lame. No fun stuff, no mix of dumb stuff and awesome stuff like Woot does. This stuff was so bad, you couldn't sell it at a garage sale, you couldn't give it away, it was like stuff that was in the dollar store about five years ago. Most of it was dollar-store level stuff that was aimed at a six-year old. And these stockings cost $15 each!!!! The sum value of their contents was about $5. Woots bags of crap cost a few bucks each and give you about $50 or $75 worth of stuff, so we were expecting quite a bit more than what was in IHTHT's stockings. Plus, they were written up on IHTHT's web site as being something so great and cool and awesome that we'd be blown away. Blown away by what? Stupid X-mas tree ornaments with other people's names on them? Oh, one of those was broken, too, by the way.
Total rip-off. We will never shop from this company again. This was our third order by the way, and the others took a month or more to get here, too. Except that they weren't marketed and sold as a Christmas item, and then not delivered until after Christmas!"

I have ordered 3 times from them and all 3 times the orders have been delayed. Despite their website saying they ship between 72hr and 10 days. I have never received a package on time.
Generally I am OK with that. But I ordered a couple of their mystery stocking for Christmas gifts in NOVEMBER and they will not be here till after Christmas. When I called to ask what happened. I was told they were not able to take the packages to FedEx due to bad weather. The bad weather was temps in the 30's and 40's with ligbt rain on 1 day and the worse day seems to be the day they actually shipped. All this can be verified at weather.gov. So instead of changing the shipping options they sent them out ground a week before Christmas.
Poor shipping, poor products ( my wii charger that only works if you place soemthing under it so it tips back, My charge anything charge that wont charge my cell phone or ipod, cant wait to see what they pawned off on my for the stockings), poor customer service.
For me it's 3 strikes and your out!

"I signed up for the 'Cool Club' to recive an early notice of new products. The business has failed to supply this promise - as products are listed 4 to 10 hours prior to me being notified.
I paid $4.99 for this membership, I view this as a contract that is in default, and I in good faith have attempted to work with their business to make it right.
I approached this company via email to several addresses and got a response to my complaints.
My Complaints are -
1) "Advanced" notice is 1 hour before other people get the mail, yet 10 hours after an item posts... yay?
2) A halloween bundle that was purchased has not shipped 12 days after it was ordered
3) Instead of improving or even attempting to deliver as promised they keep offering the right to cancel out of their paid membership.
At least now they have stopped trying to blame my mail server for not delivering me the notifications.

"I have left a lot of reviews hear at ResellersRatings.com in the past and most all of them have been positve.
But this time I'm afraid thats not the case:
June 6th, 2010 I ordered a Steam Mate Dryer Ball from IHAVETOHAVETHAT.com for $4.49 + $1.99 shp = $6.48 and finally 3 days later I got an email that says I paid for the item on 6/09/10, so I'm like I guess they took 3 days to collect my money from Paypal before they acknowledged that'd I'd even made an order with them.
On June 16th, I tried to shoot them an email but the only way to contact them is to open a "Support Ticket". I tried to call them but you only will get a recording that they never rely to.
On June 23rd, I finally got a reply that a "Support Ticket" had been opened and that somebody would be in contact with me shortly.
On June 24th, I got an email saying that my item has been shipped, (only 19 days after I ordered it).
ITS A REALLY GOOD THING I DIDN'T REALLY HAVETOHAVETHAT, VERY BAD OR I WOULD HAVE BEEN SHEOTT OUT OF LUCK.
At last on July 1st the item finally arrives(7 days of shipping ???? from Johnson City, TN to Charlotte, NC...Come-On-Man...its not even a 100 miles, I could have walked there and back and got it in 7 days) So the Dryer Ball came in a white paper bag that was squished all to hell and gone. My mailman looked at me and said thats the way we got it from FEDEX, (see thats another thing thats messed up about IHAVETOHAVETHAT.com, when I finally did get a tracking # it was thru FEDEX, and then they delivered it to the USPS and then my mailman delivers it to me, Very round about way of shipping) But it looked like the factory sealed package was opened by a pair of sizzors and stapled back together and sombody had to step on the item to get it back in the plastic package. Luckily its a rubber ball and I was able to squish it back round again.
Well the item itself is a piece of garbage, its nothing more than a blue rubber ball with some slits in the side of it with a piece of foam inside it and that when you pour water in it,(like your suppose to do so it makes steam while its in the dryer), well it leaks out all over you, the floor and anything else around on your way from the sink to the Dryer.
But for an item (good or bad) that weighs less than a pound to take 26 days to get 100 miles is ridiculous.
This lack of Customer Support, non responsiveness ot emials, slow ass shipping process, guarantees that I will never do business with them again.
One other NOTE: be aware that 13Deals.com and pets.13Deals.com are the same company as IHAVETOHAVETHAT.com and the item I bought from them also took almost a month to get to me with no response to my inquires.
My Advice to all Online Buyers : Don't buy anything from any of these stores unless you want some used junk that takes a month to get to you.
I also found out that Walmart had the Steam Mate Dryer Balls for only $3 more and I could have saved myself 4 weeks of aggravation and disapointment, and at least with Walmart I could have taken the piece of junk back and got my money back.
P.S. that "Rewards Ticket" Gimmick they got going, is just that, " A Gimmick", they have never set up anything to be given out as "Rewards". Its just a trick to get you to buy some more of their garbage. "
"I ordered a magnetic wristband on 5/5. They charged my card on 5/7. I e-mailed on 5/13 and they replied saying they were working on getting it shipped. On 5/20 they didn't respond to my e-mail. So on 5/28 I finally disputed the charge."

2) Company does not return email concerns about shipment. Upon research a week afterwards, it appears emails are still pending and never read by the company.
3) Company finally provided a FedEx shipping number for the order product. However, the number is not a FedEx, UPS, or USPS format number. It appears the provided shipping number is bogus.
4) Company has yet to respond or correct this erroneous shipping number.
5) It appears I have to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back under the justifications that order was never received and company ignores contact attempts of concern.

After I spoke to them, they refused my order and told me the order will be cancelled. Why did they even send me an email stating that the item has been shipped in the first place? Also, do not get suckered into the first 30 getting free shipping, that is a hoax, upgraded members get first dibs on those, plus the order process never tells you whether you will get free shipping until you place the order.
