"Placed an order for seeds. For some reason the order did not show up. Major construction on our road, relocated mailboxes etc.
I notified customer service that the order did not arrive. They quickly resent my order, it arrived in just a few days!!! Best customer service ever. They treat me as a valued customer.

"My only complaint is that they need to ship with someone who actually provides tracking info accurately. USPS tracking said my package was delivered inside my mailbox days before it was actually delivered. Not good if it had never arrived, and the company knows this is an issue but still uses them to ship. "
