"On a Friday I got a notice that my order was out for delivery. Then I got a notice my order “had experienced a failed delivery attempt. No access to delivery location”. My mailbox is right where it’s always been.… I contacted Logan (Customer Service) to let him know there might be a problem. Order not delivered on Saturday. Logan responded first thing Monday concerned it might have been lost. As luck would have it the order showed up Tuesday. I wouldn’t have been concerned but the ILGM tracker said things were messed up. Anyway, thanks Logan!"

"After spending over $500 on four different strains, we started some of the seeds but had over 25% not sprout. We've been growing for years and even tried tricks from the ILGM grow Bible. Some of the seeds that did crack, produced ill looking seedlings that are not as strong as their siblings that did look normal.
The packaging is a basic bubble envelope and the seeds are in tiny plastic bags inside. That is hardly enough protection to prevent damage during shipping. I've had *flat* tomato seeds sent in better packaging! They have to know this isn't safe, so I figured returning them would be easy since they brag about their 100% germination guarantee.
That said, I spent almost 2wks of back and forth via email, trying to get ILGM to send me a shipping label, so I could give them the bad seeds, and get better seeds in return. Claire from Customer Service said she is overseas so she can't do it, and no one at their US facility in California, could help either. If this happens to you, don't believe it! When a company gives a person the ability to generate shipping labels, that same person can create a label to go to any location, it's the same program/ system.
The entire return policy is shady and made me feel uncomfortable. You're sent seeds from a distributer in your country, to mail bad seeds to an overseas address, but can't be given prepaid shipping to do so, and you can't mention what's in the package???
Claire from Customer service was unhelpful then became rude and accusatory. When I asked to speak to someone else, she never did, and I didn't get help.
I had to dispute the charges on my Credit Card in order to get any resolution. Save yourself grief and don't waste your time with ILGM."

When I placed my original order, I accidentally entered my address with one digit off, and received an email stating they arrived, but not to my correct address but the one I provided. My wife notified them of my mistake about the address and without any questions they were very customer friendly and said they would immediately ship another package and I received them very quickly. I started germination today and will let y’all know the results, which I’m confident they will sprout, but if not just contact them by the warranty information and they will send you more. Great team of employees, that are very customer friendly! I can’t wait till fall "

"ILGM has a great website and loads of information on cultivation but that is where the good ends. They offer a germination guarantee which is good because their seeds have less than a 60% germination rate. I have tried several of their strains only to find out that their genetics are watered down and nothing like the original strains. Out of Super Lemon Haze, Strawberry Cough, Orange Bud, GDP, Zkittles, Maui Wowie, Trainwreck, Gold Leaf, and Blue Dream that I tried only one pheno of the Blue Dream was marketable for sale. The rest have been a total waste of time and money. All these strains exhibited almost no smell and the buds were soft in most cases. Their signature strain Gold Leaf is a joke, soft fluffy buds and a mess of leaves on the buds that are a chore to trim. Before you judge my review, keep in mind that I have been growing commercially for over 10 years and have great success with other breeders such as Exotic Genetics, Elev8, Ethos, Sin City, Dank Genetics and Humbolt to name a few. I am used to seeing dense buds that have a deliciously strong aroma as I grow in a vegan live soil. My experience with ILGM has been more than disappointing due to the cost of seeds and cultivation being wasted on these bad genetics. You can find other seed sellers that ship quality genetics from the U.S. for the same price or less. My bad for buying seed stock from this source. Ken"
