"The seeds germinate about 70% of the time. Of those about 60% will actually sprout. Although they CLAIM to guarantee the seeds. Good luck with that. I have been round and round with them for over a week and I keep getting the same canned responses over a d over. What I didn't get was a replacement. The guarantee and customer service is garbage. "
"I have been purchasing my beans for about a year now. I have placed three orders, purchasing 8 different strains now. I have been extremely happy with the trees that I have thus far grown. With my most recent order, I noticed the new tracking system that does an excellent job of informing of my order status. So the other day, I get an email, informing that my order has been delivered. So I go to my mailbox, and nothing. I immediately used the feedback feature of the ILGM website, and let them know of the situation. Almost immediately, I received a reply from their Support Angel, a lady named Sarah. Sarah informed me that USPS often marks shipments as 'delivered' but actually deliver them within 7 days after this day. The very next day, my order was in my mailbox. I will continue to patronize ILGM, not only for their quality genetics, but also for their excellent customer service."
