"I decided to order from them after researching a lot of online seed banks and I liked their many reviews and the cartoon Charter Robert. It was my first time ordering this so I was scared but I did it anyway and it came very fast and discretely as promised. 3 out of 4 seeds didn't work but I did not follow their germination rules, I just put them straight in the soil and then over and under watered and when I told them they failed but It was prob my fault they replaced the whole order of 5 seeds within 3 days!!!!! Now that is an amazing company.

"Great service! They replied to all of my emails within one day. Used the bank direct payment method. It took 3 business days for my bank to send and let me know as soon as it arrived. The product was sent two days after the payment was processed. Once the order was placed in the mail using the free shipping method, it arrived within three days.
