"I made a terrible mistake and put the wrong address for my order. Once I realized it was incorrect, all four separate items had already shipped - and only one was returned! I don't know if the unintended recipient took the other three, or what. Anyway, my family was without their Christmas presents. IFLS Customer Service reached out to me, and after I explained what had happened, they created a replacement order at no cost to me! I am very grateful for this excellent service."
"I've been trying to cancel my order with the store for the past week and have received nothing but radio silence. At this point, it feels like they don't care what happens now they have my money. I haven't even received the item!

"I was very disappointed in this store. I received both DNA earrings and the serotonin molecule necklace and Christmas presents and they both are not holding up well. They were fairly expensive and I received them mid January. Both have had the silver coloring fade (already), the earing clips are not connecting right, and the necklace broke completely in half. When I contacted them they said there is nothing they can do. It hasn't even been two months and they were clearly not as good of quality as I was led to believe. I love this store and the site, but I'm afraid I won't be buying from it any more. "
