"This company is a sham. Do Not Buy Tickets From Them! I purchased tickets back in August, 2012 for a concert this upcoming June, 2013 for over $1,000. They have my money but I still don't have the tickets from them even though i received other tickets for this concert from another vendor months ago!! Not only that, they refuse to return my phone calls and when I left a message about a trade for seats in an adjoining section that were available on their website, those seats immediately disappeared from their website even though they are still available from other ticket vendors. "I would NEVER use this website again for tickets!!! Horrible communication!!! It took them 9 days to let me know that I didn't have the tickets after all, even though I received a receipt immediately. I called and emailed almost every day and could never get a response/reply. When I finally got the answer (9 days later) that the ticket wasn't available all the other good seats were gone. I will go back to StubHub b/c they have it together, and I've never had any problems with StubHub.
Verbally told twice by ineedseats.com that my tickets were being mailed to me the next day...I NEVER received them!!! 2 "confirmed" orders and NO tickets!!!! :( Don't trust them!!!"
