Purchased NASA Telescope and T-shirt for £29.99 only the T-shirt arrived. Bouncing back and forward with silly messages and then a really dumb form. (To say I haven’t received it)
3-4 weeks later, on the 22nd of December 2021
I get told nothing is in stock and they will refund me. However they are selling the same deal for £63.99 now. Please be warned this company seems to be a complete scam."

"Please. Do yourself a favor and never buy from this site. Ordered an item in mid-October. It is now January, and it hasn't even made it through "processing", let alone dispatching or shipping. They got my money, and I have nothing to show for it. Despite weekly status requests, they are unable to provide an update as to when the order might ship (if ever at this point). "First and last time experience - Item never came. Emailed 5 times for tracking number with no response. Chat line is a robot, cannot speak to a person. Had to stop payment and hope for a refund. Deal with at your own risk "
"Advertised as being delivered before xmas if ordered before 20th December. I ordered on the 18th. Emailed me today with estimated delivery between 28th and 31st December! Spoke to "Lizi" on live chat who said this was worse case scenario. I pointed out if that was the estimate I'd have to assume it wouldn't turn up and would have to buy another gift just in case. I asked them to refund shipping for the item I'd end up returning as I couldn't wait until xmas eve. She refused.
Frankly the "we're pretty sure it'll get there" isn't what they advertise. I'll be pursuing this and warning as many as possible about this deception."
"Horrible customer service. Received the wrong item, emailed them and someone responded with saying they don't believe me and to send a picture. Did that and a week and a half later they say they couldn't view the picture. Gave up on email and used social media. They said they were sending out the correct item and thought was resolved. When the item did not arrive contacted again on social media only for them to say it was never sent and is now sold out. Terrible service and takes about a month to actually get in touch with someone and get something resolved. Buy elsewhere, that's what I will do from now on.

"Appalling company. Item arrived damaged after a long wait for it to arrive.
Apparently they dont supply postal labels to return faulty goods, you have to do at your own expense!.
They made me take item to post office then confirm cost of which i did. £12.98. I was guaranteed they would refund the postal costs of which i have the messages to confirm. They refunded the £12.98 from the original paypal payment i sent them for the clock!.
I was not refunded the clock till i took it up with paypal even though i emailed them many many times. Eventually i have been refunded £38 from the original paypal payment which means i am STILL out of pocket fro the £12.98 postal cost!!!!!!!!. Many many many false promises of a refund weeks down the line and still no postal refund. Appalling fraudulent company please avoid. I will be seeking advice. I note previous reviews do not abode well. "
"Ordered two watches was told 3 to 4 days it’s already been a week I had to contact them to find out why item wasn’t dispatched yet . They told me they had supply issues.item finally been dispatched it’s going to take another week to arrive m. They also charged me twice for the same item. And customer service it’s just dreadful takes ages to get the answer if you get one at all. Will never ever be ordering from them again ! Just hope the watchs are of good standard. "Ordered an item on black Friday as they were undercutting their nearest rivals by £10. It said in stock. Didn't receive my item and eventually admitted it wasn't in stock and couldn't get any. Ruined my Christmas present and I now have to pay full price for the item elsewhere. Customer service refuse to compensate or admit fault. AVOID. "

Tried to find a phone number to query the order but couldnt find one anywhere.
Emailed asking for an update. No response received but received an email showing item as being dispatched however product now shows as out of stock?

"They managed to delay my order's dispatch for one week, late enough to miss boxing day... Dispatch day was estimated to be the 6th of December for an overseas shipment but they dispatched items on the 12th after I had asked for the order to be cancelled. Unprofessional!!"

Items are not in stock, so IWOOT can cancel but choose not to. Items not even despatched when they say they are. Fake emails from IWOOT. Hermes distributor confirmed no parcel has been delivered to them despite a tracking order given to customers. Fake claim by IWOOT. It's very simple IWOOT just refund the money you took from customers accounts. Nothing else is required, except compensation to all customers."
