"I recently ordered a webcam and a laptop cooling fan from Ice Monkey. The webcam didn't have any specifications listed in the description, so I initially assumed that it would work on my Mac. I checked on Creative's website for specifications right after ordering only to find that it wouldn't work on my computer, so I sent an e-mail immediately to Ice Monkey to ask for the webcam to be removed from my order. They were a little slow in responding to that e-mail, because it shipped before they could respond, however they kindly offered to pay shipping for me to return the webcam. So, they paid shipping to send me the product that I ordered, and they paid shipping to send back the product that I needed to return. Their customer service department has been excellent and patient in their communication with me. I would recommend that Ice Monkey seek to find better description information for the product they sell (especially when it comes to compatibility). However, Ice Monkey has such great customer service that they turned a problem into a reason that I will definitely buy from Ice Monkey in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. "

However, if you are willing to work within that framework, you get a great deal from a company with absolutely FANTASTIC customer service. I will continue to get products from this company solely based on their customer service. As for the actual product purchase, the first time I purchased 4 digital picture frames through daily steals and received zero. I contacted customer service and they immediately refunded my money.
