"I recently purchased a refurbished Netgear WNDR3700 wireless router from Ice Monkey and was extremely pleased with the experience.
I contacted them when I didn't receive a tracking number for the product and they responded quickly and provided the number which had already shipped and a day later (a Saturday) I had the router on my doorstep.
It was packaged very well and is in excellent condition, it appears to be brand new. It works well and had all the proper documentation and software packaged nicely with the router, ac-adapter and Ethernet cable.
