Bought on the 11th December arrived on the 21st so that good, but only a 30 day return policy. This is a business based in Vancouver so now i have to return to Vancouver even tho i paid a business in the UK

"I ordered this for a birthday and selected free two day shipping on May 15... The order was shipped on May 23 and the birthday was on May 22, That was not the worst part. I emailed them every day from the 15 asking the order status and an autoreply email kept stating they would "get right back to me" and they actually got back to me EIGHT days late. l am extremely extremely unhappy with the impossible shipping and unresponsive customer service. In fact I have never gotten such poor service from any internet retailer EVER. I could have ordered this from amazon and recieved it on May 20 with free shipping for $20 less.. Never been so unhappy.
