"Didnt send my order (75 days and counting). Never replied to any of my emails. i was fooled because they use PayPal. No goods and no service means i will not shop there again."

"I was mailed a bunch of items I did not order. Merchant altered packing slip and tried to claim that I really did order what was mailed. My email order confirmation proves that the packing slip was altered. Many items arrived damaged. I spoke with a manager and was told that the items would be replaced but replacements were never sent. I tried to return the incorrect items for refund but was told that I could not--even though I didn't order the items in the first place. I stated that I would file a charge back with my credit card and was told that I would not receive a charge back because the merchant can prove that a package was delivered to me--even though it was full of stuff I did not order. Furthermore, the products that were sent were of extremely low quality. This company does business under many different names which made my complaint to the BBB rather difficult to file. Avoid at all costs!"
