"I purchased a Seagate 300 gig hard drive in an expensive aluminium case called by them on the order ICHI Galaxy. The product failed within warranty and the company has disappeared. I need at very least the instructions to open this case but it has no manufacturer name on it."

"I purchased a 250gb external hard drive. Ihe hard drive was working fine, but the case was bad. Working with computers for my job, I know enough to say the board was fried, so I managed to get an RMA number. Sending it to them was the last I saw of my hard drive and my money. The company's website no longer exists, they won't reply to any emails, but USPS said they delivered my package more then 2 months ago. This company is a waste of money and time."

"Order an External Back-Up drive. It is a Seagate 160 GB with a case. The case came damaged, screws broken off, cover plate forced on and bent....Tryed again and again to contact via e-mail and phone to no avail. And as in other reviews, the site is "Under Construction" and could not get a response. Filed a complaint with the Mira Loma, CA BBB but doubt anything will come out of it."

"This store sells bad stuff. They sold me hard drives as new when they were really pulled from machines and were refurbished to boot. Now their website says under construction so I believe they got their money and ran. No one will have to worry about them most likely because I believe they won't be back under that name again. BUY FROM WELL KNOWN STORES. That's what I will be doing from now on. Saving a dollar isn't really saving when it cost you 50. "

"i found this store in pricewatch.com and ordered a portable 2.5'' external hard disk from this store. the order processing speed was very slow, the product shipped 5 days after the order was placed. although it offered free shipping, the sales product took almost another 6 days to arrive. On the webpage it doesn't mention the product is new or used, the external hard disk enclosure that i got turns out to be old and used. The product has problem reading data, and I have sent tons of email requesting RMA but never get their reply. "

"Ordered 2 dvd+-rw drives 2-09-06 and I have not received as of 3-17-06. Tracking shows it was "left at the back door" and no signature was requested...although I requested signature delivery. I filed a claim with Fedex and after a month I was told that I could only get my money back from IchibanPC. Their website is down, they won't return any emails and the company voicemail is full. My credit card was charged $72 but a month later I still have no merchandise. I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order.WARNING!! -- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ICHIBANPC!!!!!
I was ultimately screwed out of my hard earned money with no hope of retribution.

"I ordered a wireless linksys router on 2.14.06 I waited a few days and no router, but my card was charged. So I called ichibanpc on the customer service line. There was no answer I tried the operator and got a real person. She took my name and number and said she call me back. They never called back. I tried 2 days later and she gave me a tracking number. I looked it up on fedex and it just said "Package data transmitted to FedEx" I called fedex and they told me that no package has been shipped! That means they only generated a shipping label. I called the company and got no answer for 2 days. I then got the operator who told me she would look in to it and call me back. She never did! It is now 02.28.06 I got the operator again and told her I wanted to cancel my order she hung up on me. I called my credit card to disput the charge and cancel my card. They issued me a new one so this company can't charge it again. If I knew this ahead of time I would have never ordered anything from them. All I recived for my 75 dollars was lies and no returned calls. I don't see how this company is still operating!!!!! "

"On 30jan06 I placed an order for dvdrw drive and a mouse from IchibanPC.com. I have yet to recieve these items. IchibanPC.com has had no trouble charging my account for these items yet is unwilling to answer phone calls or emails. On the same day of buying the dvdrw drive and mouse from Ichibanpc.com, I oredered from 4 other companies for various Items. I recieved all the Items from these other companies in 2-4 days. In my experiance with dealing with Ichibanpc.com I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. "

"This company is the worst. Here's why:
1. Delivery 3 weeks late after 6 unanswered calls and 3 unanswered emails.
2. External drive did not work at all.
3. Called 23 more times to get an RMA to return it.
4. Still do not have RMA number or return address (address on RMA form is incorrect).

Do not buy anything from IchibanPC

"I purchased a dwl-g650 from this merchant and they shipped me a dwl-650+ instead. This is not even the same type of wireless card since the g650 works with 802.11g networks and runs alot faster then the 650+ which is only good for 802.11b networks. I emailed the company with no response as to why I was not sent what I ordered with no response. Their website still says they have 8 g650 wireless cards in stock but this is not what I recieved. Bad business practices. Would not purchase from again. BUYER BEWARE...."

"Charged my credit card. E-maild me a few days later to tell me they don't have the processor. Then they never refunded my card. After several days of e-mails (they never responded) and phone calls, I finally got someone, who said they'd refund my money - they "forgot". My refund still didn't come for another 5 days. "Horrible. Never got the package. still havent got the package as of 12/12/05. I paid extra for same day shipping.....it took them 4 days to finally ship. I asked for signature verification, FedEx verified they did not ask for sig. verification. horrible customer service. I have to dial their number over 80 times before i get through. No one there seems to want to take care of my issues. Im out 160 dollars with no resolution in sight. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!! shop at newegg.com never had a problem with them. "

"Ordered a WD SATA Hard Drive. The drive arrived 10 days later. The packaging was horrible. When I open package and looked at the drive, it was obvioulsy refurbished and the serial number had been scratched off. I immediately requested an RMA number, which I received 2 days later. The drive was returned to them via overnight delivery and was signed for at their location.

I've never heard another word back from them, but have left numerous messages. I called my credit card compay and had them void the charges. Here ist is December 3, nver heard back from them, never received my product. Absolute Fraud.

ICHIBANPC is the worst on line vendor I have dealt with. Stick with NewEgg, Mwave or some other CREDIBLE vendor. Have notified the Better Business Bureau. Good luck if you expect to receive your product from these idiots.

"I bought a video card from ichiban pc on 11/5/05, then decided I no longer needed it so I decided cancel it the next day. I finally got through to them on 11/8/05 and cancelled the order. On their website though, it still showed the order active, so I cancelled again on 11/09. Their representative assured me that the order has been cancelled and that my account would be recredited. The next day, it still shows active so I cancel again. After numerous cancellations, they still decide to ship it, even though they've told me the order was cancelled and they would be recrediting my account. The package arrived at my house on 11/14/05, which is great timing...NOT!..considering I paid for express shipping. I refused the package I cancelled several times and called ichibanpc again demanding a refund. The week before thanksgiving, on 11/22/05, I called again and spoke to accounting. In words they agreed to refund me, and told me they had recredited my account on 11/19. Its now 11/27 and I still haven't recieved my money. Its pretty evident that these thieves are not going to give me my money back. I am going to get with my bank next week and proceed with pressing charges against ichibanpc. "
