“Hello.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience with ID Wholesaler.

We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication in the pricing for your arm badge holders. As your Account Manager explained, he had been keeping an eye on pricing for you and when he saw that the price had decreased, he didn’t realize the Manufacturer had changed the quantity of the part number in addition to the pricing. So while the price did decrease, the quantity per pack decreased as well.

Again, we apologize for the misunderstanding and for any inconvenience.
