“Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience with ID Wholesaler. We strive every day to provide exceptional service for all our customers.
In speaking with your Account Supervisor, your initial order was placed late afternoon on March 26th via our website, with 3 day UPS shipping. Your order was drop-shipped from the manufacturer the following afternoon with the expected delivery date of April 1st. You spoke with your Account Manager on the 28th stating you needed the lanyards for an event on the 31st. At that point your original order had been processed and out for delivery so unfortunately could not be changed.
To help ensure you had the lanyards for your event, your Account Manager made the recommendation to place a new order for lanyards we had in-stock, and ship UPS next day air. We were able to process your order that same day, ship your lanyards from our warehouse and ensure delivery by the 29th – in time for your event. Additionally, we offered to waive the restocking fee for the return of your initial order since you re-placed the order with your Account Manager.
