"This company is TERRIBLE with customer service. I went to send back a pair of reading glasses and they would not take the return and wasted my money that I used to send back their product. I was clearly told on the phone by JULIE that all I needed to do was securely package the glasses and send them back before then end of thirty days and I would receive a refund with 1-2 weeks, which wasn't acceptable but I sent them back anyway. I did exactly as JULIE told me and this company sent the glasses back to me and said they could not refund my money because the glasses were missing the little tiny NFL logo on the front and they were not in the original bag. I explained all of this to JULIE before I sent them back and she said that was fine. THIEVES!!!"

Below they are trying to save face, but the fact is that I did email customer service, did call and no answer, and received no phone calls or emails. If the item is out of stock, note it on the website or let me know. Read the other reviews."

"I was very excited when i came across the website for my purchase because i couldn't the jersey anywhere on line or in stores. a friend sent me Idataspots.com link thinking this was going to be great because they were also located in WI and ill will get my purchase soon and in time for a birthday.
