"Totally unprofessional! order 3 samples on august 29,2023. On their site it states shipping in 6-9 days. today is 23rd day since they took the payment and i got nothing. When i called their so cal customer service, i got this really snooty male and he transfer me to the sales associate that was in charge of my account. I guess looking up a tracking number was too much for him. Since i did not get what i paid for, i ask for a refund and was told they cannot as the item was shipped. A day later 9/12/2023 she email me that the one item is out of stock and they will refund, which did not happen as of 9/21 9 days later. i emailed and got no response. In the meantime the other item which i ask for tracking , i never got that either as they obviously did not ship but do not want to refund so they are just dragging it out until they ship. They must be really desperate for money. Oh BTW when they would not refund on the first item, they claim it was shipped but could not provide tracking. FYI i dealt with other promotional company and they always provide me with email on acknowledgement of order, on item about to ship and on item upon pick up . Why these people cannot do any should tell you the level of service you should expect . so be very careful and go at your own rick. There are a ton of promo company to choose from and they are one of the worst in my experience. I order 3 other samples from two companies and they all arrived with detail tracking , invoice within a few days."
"Brilliant Promos is a fantastic company! I had a very challenging project for them: five lines of text to be imprinted on the barrel of a pen. Jeffrey, the owner, worked with the factory to manufacture pens with enough barrel space, and then arranged to have the laser engraving machine set up specially for my custom order to allow for the extra lines of text. Cameron, my sales agent, was very helpful in getting the quote submitted and steering me through the process. Lesa, in the graphic arts department, was great in getting the proof done and approved. Everything Karlee, my account manager, did gave me the utmost confidence that the project would be completed to my complete satisfaction. Everyone at Brilliant Promos has been extremely accessible, professional, helpful, and a real pleasure to work with. I plan on being a lifelong customer!"

"i placed an order and included the required by date. when a couple days had passed but i had not yet received the shipping confirmation, i called to find out when my item would be shipped. they said they needed to call the manufacturer to see if they have it in stock. then in a few minutes, they sent me an email saying my item was not in stock and my order was canceled. there would have not been follow up at that time had i not reached out. days had been wasted. and they canceled my order. "After ordering and paying for the video invites, they emailed me and said they had misquoted me by more than half the price. At this point I didn’t have enough time to do something else so I had to go with this invitation even though they were now charging me twice what I was quoted. Then when they arrived they did not have a video loaded on them. So I had to send them back to have the video put on them and instead of sending them back to me overnight they sent them Ground which took five days. So now I have invitations here with less than a week or hand address them and figure out how to send them out. Do NOT use them!!!"
"Ideastage had a particular type of water bottle that I was trying to order. They initially (Oct 2018) said that it was out of stock but new ones should come in shortly and they would keep me up to date. Over the course of several months, I had to follow up with them (they never contacted me), and finally in Feb 2019 the bottles were supposedly available. I placed an order, received an estimated shipping/arrival date, and the bottles never came. No one contacted me to tell me there was an issue. After the estimated arrival date passed, I reached out and the company said the bottles were still not in stock and they were sorry but they likely would never be in stock. After deliberating, we opted for an alternative bottle and placed the order in early March 2019. I paid for the items and received an estimated shipping date. I called close to the shipping date to confirm the order was being processed, and was told that they did not have the item in stock. The company was unable to produce an alternative item and refused to give me an estimated quote on any alternative. I finally had to cancel the second order of the bottles and go through the refund process a second time. I'm not sure why this company offers products that they are unable to produce and they certainly shouldn't charge for the item until it is shipped; it would reduce return paperwork for purchasing entities considerably. This was a horrible purchasing experience and I do not recommend using this company."
"Ordered 25 small pins for my grandson’s second grade class on Monday, March 25. On Thursday, company notified me that order would ship on the next day, Friday, March 29. On Friday, March 29, I was notified that, nope, the order would ship on Monday, April 1. I contacted the company by phone, spoke first to Jessie and was transferred to Madeline. The purpose of my call was to cancel the order inasmuch as I needed the items by Thursday, April 4. Madeline, a very pleasant young lady assured me the order would be sent second day air on Monday, April 1, to arrive by Wednesday, April 3. I agreed and on Tuesday April 2 I received a package from the company. Absolutely, the WRONG item. Once again I called the company, spoke with Madeline and was told there was nothing they could do. However, Madeline pressed on and spoke with her contact, and was told that he would ship the order overnight mail the next day to arrive on Thursday, April 4. Nothing was shipped. Somebody dropped the ball, it was a small order but apparently commitments don’t seem to mean anything. I am left with 18 disappointed 2nd graders. No way to run a company."

"While I was thrilled about my initial experience online and via phone, it took a drastic turn. I had called to confirm a potential order for a company fundraiser, and was advised that my order could and would arrive by my required date. Then 3 days later (1 day before my in-hand date) I was sent an email advising that Ideastage was canceling my order due to the product being out of stock and the previous representative being misinformed. This results in MAJOR expediting fees for me to find another vendor and to get it to me in time. All I received was an "I sincerely apologize." Unhappy doesn't even being to my feelings as I will have to pay a ton more, or stand in front of 250 without the necessary items for our fundraiser. "
"Ordered customized bags a few weeks before I needed them. I was afraid they wouldn't come in time, but they originally said the bags would be shipped out on Monday and I received them the Friday before. Very happy. Plus customer service was quick to respond and willing to work with me as I was finalizing the order. I wasn't sure what to expect from a random internet company, but I am pretty relieved it worked out so well."

Placed an order for a company event -- ordered close to $500 worth of items. Agreed to pay extra for 2-day shipping for items to arrive on time. On day that I expected to receive them, I checked to see what time they would arrive. THEY CANCELED MY ORDER without notice. Called to find out reason and was told that my items were not in stock, which was not indicated on their website. Customer service representative told me an email had gone out to me and must have been stuck in "spam." I checked. Not in spam folder. I do not believe an email had been sent, and I would have appreciated a phone call.
I had to scramble and found a great company willing to help me out. "
"fake website the information given on the website is not real, after you make a purchase and the order is confirmed and you think the product is on it's way a few days later the order will be cancelled with a bogus reason. Don't waste your time with them, go to their competitor. "
