" I bought a series of merchandise on IdealShape’s website. It is under a company called the Hunt group. The labels on my shakes were completely different than the website. When I made them aware of this they pretended they had no idea. How do you not have the correct labels on the shakes? I have no idea what’s inside the shakes and that’s scary. When I asked for a refund they told me that I had to pay to send everything back they would not even send me a prepaid label. Then they told me that I had to make sure that when I paid to send it back it only cost 15% of what the merchandise is worth. Then I’m supposed to fill out forms. Horrible customer service I can’t believe this company is still in business. Too many great shake companies to even gamble on this one. "
"Purchased a 2 month bundle but it does not come with a 2 month supply. 10 days short on boost, and 4 days shy on snacks, very rude customer service, states that I should have looked at every product individually and used a calculator to calculate the totals instead of trusting that a 2 month supply was indeed a 2 month supply. Their character speaks volume about the company. Will let everyone I come into contact know to be aware!"

"The products came as ordered and was packaged well. I like their chocolate shake best though I've yet to try cookies and cream. Ideal Boost, I've tried the variety pack and can't tell much difference in taste in the different flavors. I have yet to experience appetite suppression or energy gain. I usually drink one per day. I tried the Ideal Burn, and seem to maintain weight level. I'd like to lose about 10 to 15 pounds. It's difficult for me to eat 5 small meals per day because of my job."
