"I found IdealShakes when I was trying to find an alternative to Shakeology. I was on a Beachbody plan, and the Shakeology had just gotten to be too big of an expense, but I liked it for breakfast as a meal replacement. I purchased the chocolate and strawberry flavors. I think the taste is better than Shakeology. I blend the strawberry with 5 oz unsweetened almond milk and ice, and the chocolate with a half a banana with 5 oz unsweetened almond milk. The price is great, and even better if you catch it on sale. I will definitely be ordering again. I have continued to lose weight using the IdealShake as I did with the Shakeology along with diet and exercise."
