"I was really skeptical about this, and I really didn't think that I would ever be thinner, considering that I self-diagnosed myself with binge eating disorder. But I have to say, I'm definitely seeing results. I've been using this product for almost a month. In that time I have only lost 2 pounds, but I think I just lose more inches than pounds. I am definitely noticing a difference with how my clothes fit. My pants are looser and don't leave red marks anymore. And my muffin tops are decreasing slowly. If you drink a shake and follow up with 8 oz of water it will definitely leave you full for 3 hours. I am going to continue with this and hopefully I will see more pounds go. But overall, I think everything is going ok."
