"It worked and it was gluten free. I like the vanilla which I had twice a day. The strawberry in the after but not sure if it's totally gluten free just because I broke out in my DH rash from gluten but it was mild. I did exercise and ate heathy mostly paleo. Since I have a low thyroid it's hard to get the lbs off. I will continue but it's a slow process for new. The product was great cost wise, taste and did fill you up."
