"The price was right on a special replacement door handle that I can't find in any walk in stores. It has been 20 days, and no sign of my order being shipped. I received an email immediately after placing the order then.. cricket... cricket... cricket (nothing).
I actually called the 800 number and left voicemails for them to call me back several times, but no one has returned my calls. I was wondering if they might be a phantom company just taking orders without delivering anything, so that is how I ended up on this website.
I need the product i ordered for a deadline that is now fast approaching. I think I am just going to have to order again from another company, then I'll be stuck with duplicates if ITV delivers my order. I just want a full refund from them, including shipping. I don't trust that it's on it's way.
If they do follow through, I would only order from them again if i don't need the item quickly."
"I placed my order and the website said they had the item in stock, I received an order confirmation immediately, and my credit card was charged the same day. After over 3 weeks without receiving my order i was told it will be another 4 weeks."
"Stay away. Eight days to ship my "in stock" items which were brass plumbing fittings of various sizes. I got a "processing" email (well six actually) within several days ARO. It still several days after they started "processing" my order before I emailed requesting cancellation. They emailed back with a USPS tracking number.
I've since found out one of the items was advertised as the wrong size on their website. Basically I should have gone to Home Depot, saved myself two weeks of waiting, and having $6.00 of useless mis-advertised fittings not worth the cost of a phone call or return shipping. I should have read reseller ratings.com before I bought anything with these jokers."
"I ordered a specialized tool that I needed to remove the inner tie rod ends on my vehicle. It took 3 days from my order for them to email me back that the tool was discontinued and they would be refunding my credit card. Then, they didn't send me the money until I called their customer service department, emailed them and got no response EVER, and then made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and finally they refunded my card. Worst part is, I had to buy the special tool locally which cost triple, as they waited so long to tell me it wasn't coming. HUGE PAIN IN THE ASS DON"T DO IT!!!!"
"First off, I have gone out of my way to figure out how to leave feedback for this company. I dont know how useful this will turn out, because, they dont participate in seller ratings. If this saves someone else some grief, then GOOD!.
I paid for a simple pulley for my furnace blower. I paid for it on the 12th of January, and did not even get tracking info until the 22nd! The pulley arrived on the 27th of January! OVER 2 weeks (15 days)to deliver an 11 inch pulley, that weights 3 pounds, from Arkansas to New York.
What really burns me is the fact that they didnt reply to ANY emails. They send computer generated emails with updates, only. Just AWFUL service in this day and age. I am truly disappointed, and want to keep others from having the same luck as I did.

I have revised this review. The first was MUCH more angry. I revised the review when the package arrived, and the package was VERY nice. It (the item) was well packaged. If these people would have just said something in an email, such as we are sorry we are very backed up, I would have understood and been more patient. But, the way they do things, makes it seem they dont care. What a shame. Anyways, to sum up my experience, I am very satisfied with the product. It is the RIGHT part, new, and very good condition. ONCE the package was sent OUT, it shipped very quickly. If you are not in a rush, I think they are OK. The part was a very good deal all around (price,shipping cost, quality of packaging) Just God awful speed to drop off for shipping, and, communications are just lacking. Best wishes."

One week later I found out they have cancelled the order without notifying me. I don't know what they are upto but it's no good. "I ordered some extremely discounted clamps (24" duoklamp) from idealtruevalue.com on October 5th. I received a notice on the 7th that my order was being processed, and another on the 11th saying it shipped. Today, I got the clamps via Fedex ground. Overall a fine transaction.
If I saw some of these reviews earlier I probably would have avoided them, but after getting such a killer deal I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again."
"I was totally skeptical about ordering because of the reviews but they had the lowest price on the Christmas tree I wanted so I went for it. I ordered on September 22 and I received my item on October 1st ... I received an email immediately after placing my order, another on the 24th letting me know it was processed, another on the 26 saying it shipped and then another once it was delivered. They provided a Tracking # as well! I had no problems with them and my tree was not damaged at all, the box was perfect, no tears or dents! Will order again, if i need to!"
"My contact with these people was through Underbid.com, but Ideal True Value was the vendor. Two weeks after confirmation of order, I'd heard nothing, so contacted Underbid and Ideal both by e-mail. No response. Tried again a few days later and still no response. It's now three weeks post-order. Based on some other reviews I've read here, I suppose my order might still show up, but not responding to e-mails seems to be a pattern with these people. Fortunately, they did not charge my credit card."
"I had no problems at all with this seller. Ordered 3 ceiling medallions, received an order confirmation, then received a shipping notice. All arrived in great shape. It was about six days from confirmation to shipping, with is not unreasonable to me. VERY happy with price and product."
