"I recently purchased a wig from IDefine Wigs, expecting to receive a product that matched the online photo. Unfortunately, the wig I received bore little resemblance to what was advertised, leading to a very disappointing experience.

Upon contacting IDefine Wigs for an exchange, I was taken aback by their request for a $60 return fee. It's unreasonable to charge customers for the return of products that were misrepresented in the first place. This policy seems unfair, especially when the discrepancy is due to the company's misleading advertisement.

Adding to the frustration was my attempt to communicate with their customer service. Our conversation was abruptly disconnected, and subsequent efforts to reach out have been met with silence. While I understand the challenges posed by time differences, given that the company is based in China, the complete lack of response to my attempts at communication is unacceptable.

This experience has been disheartening. I had hoped for a simple resolution, but instead, I am left with a product I'm unsatisfied with and out of pocket with no recourse. I cannot recommend IDefine Wigs due to their misleading advertising, unreasonable return policy, and poor customer service. Customers deserve transparency and accountability, neither of which IDefine Wigs has provided in my case."

"This is NOT a reputable seller and they DO NOT honor their false claim that promises refunds within 30 days of purchase! I ordered 2 wigs online and when they arrived 4 days later, I was extremely disappointed to see that they were NOT what I ordered! The color was wrong! The style was different and wrong! The hair was too soft, very thin, and much shorter than what I ordered and for which I paid! As contacted them via email immediately & was ignored for days until I threatened to contact my bank. I was required to take & send pictures of the wigs before they would give me the return address but was assured that as soon as the pictures were received, they would send me the return address & label. I sent the pictures, & then was offered a 40% discount on "my next purchase" or $40. (I spent $385) No one will respond to my emails or answer the phone. I'm disputing the charge with my bank. Do yourself a HUGE favor and DON"T BUY FROM IDefine Wigs. They use pictures of wigs from other sites and then sell you what they want to sell you instead of what you ordered."
