"Sent them an Apple Watch Series 4 in late September and was subsequently advised that payment ($318) would be delayed up to 45 days in accordance with their terms & conditions. After waiting until late November and still no payment received - I again reached out to them and was advised that they had filed for bankruptcy and that I would have to file a claim in court to try to get payment. What's amazing is that their site is still active - wonder how many unsuspecting people will get ripped off.

"iGotOffer still owes me $661 for an iPhone!
I trusted this company because I had a smooth transaction with them the previous year.
This year they were going through bankruptcy while continuing to accept (more like steal) iPhones from people. I received notice that my iPhone was in the inspection process on 10/9/19. Then I heard nothing.
I called on 10/28/19 to find out what was happening. The customer service rep sent me an email saying they "do not have a a definitive timeframe for payment to be processed. Payment is being delayed on your orders which can be made as late as 12/16/19 as per the Sales Terms of Agreement."
On 11/03/19 I received an email saying "Thank you for your business. Your check has been sent out via USPS without a tracking # on 11/03/19. Please allow 7-14 business days prior to receiving."
14 business days went by and my check never arrived.
I've called and emailed several times since 11/20/19 and have heard nothing back from IGotOffer. Only by going on the BBB.org website did I find out this company is going through bankruptcy which means getting my money back is going to be a huge hassle."
