"They currently have a device of mine. I've used Gazelle and a few other of these services so I've come to expect that payment comes quickly after a deal is struck, usually less than 48hrs.
IGotOffer has had my device for over a month now, and we agreed on a price four weeks ago. Paypal payment, which barring any bureaucracy they impose on themselves should be immediate. Earlier in the process they would tell me "you will receive payment on Friday", but since they've failed to do that a couple weeks in a row, they've stopped replying to my emails altogether.
When I call, the customer service agent sounds exasperated and says there's nothing he can do, we're experiencing delays, heavy volume, blah blah blah.
I wouldn't send anything in until this shakes out. I have a bad feeling they're going under, and they have to stop paying at some point. I just got unlucky."

After that past 24/48 hours, then 9/13 today is 9/19 still no payment. I called today and have been advise middle of next week no date or reason why. I would never use this company again. I would refer them to my worst enemy. The customer care agents are trash! "
