"I attempted the cash the check sent to me at several different locations and I am being told that Igotoffer.com doesn't have a good standing several cash checking places including Walmart and Kroger. I went to Chase Bank which the check was issued from and they were still unable to cash it. I contact the company but I am being told to email them about my issue. I have emailed them contacted them on Facebook Instagram and now this website.
This would be my first time doing business with this company and I would love to get the best expereince possible but with the lack of follow up I am becoming inpatient. There should be a rep to answer the customer care line for them that is able to process issues to his back office rather than me having to wait for an email.
i am currently still waiting to have this issue resolved and still awaiting a reply via email or a call.
