"I placed my oder May 27, 2021. Today is June 8, 2021. I paid for priority shipping, 7-9 days, and still have not received my order. Thursday will make it 2 weeks not 7-9 days.... I have sent a couple emails and have not gotten anything back yet, the first one was sent 2 days ago, and just now another one was sent. I ordered the painting with the intention of giving that to my husband for his birthday. If it's not here in the next week it looks like he wont be getting it, and at that point I dont know if I even want the order. This is so disappointing. I wouldn't be so upset if there would have been an accurate time frame for receiving the product. It's like being scammed into buying something you wont get or wont be able to get refunded. I get these orders are made to order, in that case, realistic times need to be advertised and false time frames need to stop being sold. "
"I ordered my item on April 30, still have not received by May 19 and the company is telling me that it will probably ship out this week. This is absolutely unacceptable for an order that is shipping from Florida, and they should let their customers know that the item is back ordered and won’t ship for weeks after payment. On their website they are claiming to have delays due to Covid,Which is interesting that they are located in Florida which has no Covid restrictions any longer. They are just using the pandemic as an excuse at this point. Totally unsatisfied with their customer service response time and the fact that they do not answer their phone."
