"Had my laptop sent to Image Micro Systems (laptop would not start) through Office Depot. They said that they replaced the motherboard, found out later no such repair occurred. besides having poor technical ability they appear to lack integrity.
I would recommend that other consumers find a better company to service their products. Also, Office Depot needs to find another service center.
That was money wasted!!!"

"I SENT MY LAPTOP THRU OFFICE MAX TO REPLACE KEYPAD. WHEN CLEANING KEYPAD i LOOSENED TWO KEYS. THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE WRONG. MY LAPTOP LOOKS NEW, NO MARKS. THE LAPTOP CAME BACK WITH A CHIP IN THE CLICKER. i CAN'T BELEIVE THEY DID THIS AND SENT IT TO ME THIS WAY."
