"I ordered a picture when it came it had cropped part of my daughter off. When your picture comes it has a paper copy, the paper copy was fine but not the actual picture. Contacted them they said it was right, not according to the paper they sent with the picture. VERY DISAPPOINTED have ordered from them before had no problem and was very happy with them

"I ordered a photo to glass product from this company. I emailed my photo, which you will see below (I don't think the photo I uploaded here is showing up, but trust me, the original is a light white-based color and the finished product is orange-pink), and then received the product. The coloring on the finished product, as you can EASILY see, is far more orangey-pink than the original. This will go in the trash. I cannot display a photo that looks like the finished product. I contacted the company, and there was no apology, just defensive of "Here's the photo you sent, and here's what we printed, so we did our job." To be fair, the color on the photo they showed me was the same as what they printed. However, it is not the color of the photo I sent, which you can clearly see the difference in. I can't fathom that the company wouldn't immediately see the difference and say "Wow. Yeah, we don't think that looks right. Let's reprint it for you again." Nothing like that. Just defensiveness, as if I am to blame for the photo I emailed suddenly becoming a pink/orange photo. Clearly, something is wrong on their end, and all I wanted was for them to either refund my money or reprint another photo. Nope. I've heard nothing further from them, and that is why I'm leaving this bad review. I wouldn't purchase from this company again, nor should you.

"I am very disappointed not only by the quality of work I received from this company, but by their customer service as well. I got the same response as CindyWindy1 after I received my very dark image from them. They were extremely unhelpful and unconcerned that they had turned out a bad product and lost a potential customer. They advertise image on glass, but what you will receive is an image printed very poorly behind what appears to be plexiglass. While the company warrants they do not use plexiglass, I can assure you what I received was not glass material. I also happened to have purchased this through living social deal. Living social was great and refunded me and took record of the company. The kicker is that this company makes you pay shipping costs - and they will only refund you the cost of shipping if you pay yourself to ship it back to them. Just bad business all around. So overall I got a bad quality plastic framed print for the cost of shipping. Not terrible but not worth it at all."
"I have literally never written a review of a company before. I read them all the time but never felt the urge to write one. Until now. This was literally the WORST product i received ever. And I do a lot of shopping online, like almost all shopping. I had this one picture printed like 4 times on Shutterfly on different mediums, like a mug, easel, prints etc. (baby pic for grandma and stuff as gifts) and they all turned out great. So i saw the living social for this place and thought it was a great deal...NO
It was SO dark, you could barely see it. I emailed them about it and sent them a picture of the item next to the same picture I had printed on Shutterfly for comparison. their response was that it was within the 5% variance and blah blah blah. I get that you have to have a cut off point from a business perspective. But there's no way it was within 5%. It's completely unusable. it's going to have to go in the trash.
I've never had such horrible customer service before. And i've never had such a crappy product - seriously disappointed and they didn't do anything to fix it.

"I received my order in about 3 weeks after ordering it so this was not a problem. The resolution of the images that I got though were really poor. The images that I uploaded onto their website were about 4MB so for the 5x7 that I ordered this shouldn't have been a problem. The colors were not at all vibrant like I expected and the resolution was grainy (even though the pictures uploaded were not at all grainy). Will not be using this company again. "

I placed my order Nov 16th fully anticipating since it was my very 1st Christmas present order I placed, I would have it in time to give for Christmas. It is now 5 weeks later and I have gotten all of my Christmas shopping done, online orders done and shipped to me, Christmas cards ordered December 3rd and STILL got them in time to address all of the envelopes and sent them all out and alas I am STILL waiting for my order from Image On Glass. I purchased a LivingSocial for this Nov 12th thinking it would be a perfect Christmas present and I would have plenty of time. If a company is going to be THAT behind at Christmas time, perhaps it would be wise to not put out a LivingSocial coupon that is only going to slow down production EVEN MORE. I sure hope I receive my order by Thursday since this is a Christmas present I am supposed to be giving on Friday and am now completely out of luck for finding anything else to give as a gift to this couple. They did respond to my initial e-mail asking about this issue 10 days ago saying that they were shipping out up to 157,000 and that they would have my order shipped out in time for Christmas.

"It is highly recommended to call this company and specifically ask what the current wait time is for production prior to placing an order. While other photo-to-glass resellers are upfront about the time to manufacture and ship, ImageOnGlass will tell you after you've placed an order. What ImageonGlass doesn't tell you is that orders will typically take a few weeks and sometimes longer than a month to receive, depending on the season. Other retailers are currently averaging about two weeks and are very upfront about this.
This is the same company that runs imagecanvas.com, realcanvasprints.com, canvasfocus.com, imageonmetal.com, and canvasrainbow.com so you'll also want to call them before placing an order for any of those services. Many links on their website do not work (such as the row of links on the bottom of their website). The one thing that keeps them from getting a 1-star review is the availability of a United States phone number for customer service. "
