"Horrible customer service sent me magenta I ordered cyan they called me a liar made me take a picture and send it in. Which I did then they said we will send you a new one the cyan. I wait another week they sent magenta again. They told me to keep those 2 and I said why would I do that? They dont work in my printer. Then they tell me to send it back wow so keep it now no send it back. It took 2 weeks for the refund and still no cyan. Horrible do not buy from them! They are the liars. No speak english either and do not care."
