"I ordered several bottles of essential oils which are packaged in glass dropper bottles. The package arrived soaked in oil. They did not use any padding or bubblewrap and one of the bottles broke during shipping.
I e-mailed them about this, and like other reviewers I didn't get an e-mail back, I got a phone call. The caller was a male with a very heavy Indian or Pakistani accent and he identified himself as "Ursula." (Right.)
After a couple more e-mail and phone exchanges they finally agreed to refund the purchase price of the bottle of oil, plus part of my shipping cost, but the whole operation has a very "hokey" feel to it, like it's a front. When you call their phone number you only get a voicemail and the whole thing just seems cheap and shady."

Also they were 6 days later than the latest speculated shipment date, I usually shop with supplimentwarehouse.com but figured id explore the rest of the online suppliment industry, and at a savings of $4, why not? This has turned into a complete disaster. Customer service via the phone is a recored message tha hangs up on you. It takes 3 days for them to respond to an e-mail (and they do so via telephone so theres no paper trail im guessing).......order took 6 days to 'process' and when they had finally said merchandise shipped they sent me a usps link with a tracking number, i tried it and the usps site said the tracking number was invalid.
I will never shop with these jokers again and im guessing they will be out of business soon and hopefully headed back to india or pakistan."
