"ImedMart shipped my product USPS which cost about $7 but I paid for Fed Ex shipping which was a little over $8. So they are pocketing the difference. I emailed them but didn't get a reply. I will report them to BBB because apparently I am not the only one this has happened to."

"My experience with Imedmart:

- Placed order on 1/3/11.
- After 7 days, order inquiry still showed pending shipment
- Used sellers website "contact us" to inquire and asked them to email me with status
- Seller instead called and left me a voice mail with no information, just to call him
Attempted to call seller. Sellers automated voice phone system said the call wait time was too long and that I needed to email them (loop).
- On Thursday 1/13/11 I used the seller website "cancel order function"
- Received email that day saying cancel request "has been seen" !!!
- Two days later, on 1/15 seller emailed me saying order shipped late due to backordered items (provided shiper tacking #) which is 12 days after order placed, yet sellers FAQ page says they will partial ship if there are backordered items (contradiction)
- Seller would not respond to email to confirm shipment or cancellation
_ Two days later again, seller charged credit card (1/17)
- Four days after seller "claimed" he shipped items, shipper inquiry by tracking number says, "no record of item"

After waiting 16 days from when placed order, still in limbo.

Conclusion:

- Seller does not honor what he claims on FAQ page (backordered items/partial ship)
- Website does not indicate out of stock or backordered items
- They have a cancel order function, however do not honor order cancellation requests
- Forget about trying to talk to a person or receive an answer to an email
- Prices are not the lowest
- You are at this person's mercy after placing an order - zero customer service and no complaint resolution/attention
- Seems unethical that seller allows order cancellation and then "says" he ships anyways two days later (have good reason to suspect did not ship for atleast four days after cancel request)"

"We found a great deal on gluten-free crackers at imedmart.com. In fact, seemed too good to be true. As is usually the case, it was. :) The listing clearly stated we'd receive a pack of crackers containing 6 boxes for $3.71 (plus the $6 shipping). After making sure the boxes were normal size, and checking and rechecking that this was the price for 6 boxes, we went ahead and paid the outrageous shipping, thinking that the price would still average out to be a good price per box. Our shipment arrived (on time at least) and there was only one box of crackers. After spending lots of time on the phone (with a call center in India), we were basically stuck paying $10 for ONE box of crackers. All the associate could do was refund $2 of the original shipping, or have US pay for the shipping to return the crackers. The good news is that the website has been changed, so future costumers won't be fooled. But we feel a bit ripped off and abused. Seems a little dishonest to me..."

"I don't like the idea of Imedmart charging me for Fedex shipment and then sending it through the mail, by USPS, which is a lot cheaper rate. Instead you charge me Fedex rates. If you're going to charge me Fedex rates, then send it by Fedex. Don't charge me Fedex rates then send it through the mail by USPS. Someone is apparently making money off people by charging the higher rate and then sending it the cheaper route. I order alot of stuff from you guys and I'm getting ready to order some more. I would just like to be treated fairly. Thank you."

"Prices GREAT, selection GREAT, ordering EASY, but...some gotcha with SHIPPING. Almost everyone that is supposed to get reduced cost shipping is charged higher cost. You call in and they fix it.
Either technical glitch or "other". Plus more than 3 items and shipping cost explodes. I have no issue with paying for shipping, just need it to be fair and reasonable based on weight? I will buy again and recommend them, but beware for now on the shipping charge problem. I hope that they either get it fixed, or come to their senses, as the current situation LIMITS me to ordering just a few items every now and then."
