Long gun rimfire online purchase

"Placed order on Saturday. Emailed updated FFL holder info to Impact Guns on Monday. Firearm shipped on Tuesday and charge was applied to credit card. Took possession on Friday. Good communication and shipping service; however, FedEx delivery service should require a person to person handoff/signature as opposed to leaving it outside at the door."

Delayed Shipment

"I ordered a gun on 12/2 which Impact Guns showed as being in stock. It was supposed to ship in 2 to 4 days. It did not ship during that period so I contacted them and was told that it was at an offsite warehouse and therefore would take 6-9 days to ship. I told them it could be shipped from China quicker than that. It finally showed as being shipped on 12/14 at 10 PM. I received the gun on 12/19. So it was shipped in 9 business days. I found that unacceptable based on what their website claimed. I gave them two stars instead of one because I was able on multiple attempts to quickly get someone on the phone. And I did get the guns I ordered eventually. Here is my bottom line: If you choose to order a gun online, carefully check the reviews in advance. If I had done this I would not have ordered from Impact Guns. Also, there are clearly some scams out there. Be careful."

extra fees

"Their website states "no hidden fees" but after you order the FFL dealer charges a $50.00 fee to transfer the gun to you. Customer service at Impact guns basically said too bad, you should have known that. So be sure to add the $50.00 transfer fee to the "deal" you are getting on your gun. "

Amazing

"I just had an AMAZING experience with this store. My gun was on backorder, but they followed up with me every step of the way. Flawless, and they even offer an additional warranty on new firearms. Obviously there shouldn't be any problems on a new gun, but it still has value to this newer shooter. Julie and the team are knocking it out! "

Poor salesmanship

"I purchased over $1,600 worth and needed help from the sales dept. with the correct holsters. I was given the wrong advice and ordered the wrong holsters. When asked about returning them, they wanted to charge me. I called FedEx to ask about returns. They said as long as the box has not been opened they will refuse it for me. Impact should of told me that."

I have been trying to pick up my gun that I purchased and shipped to a dealer for more than 2 weeks.

"The gun dealer that they shipped to is making it impossible to pick up my gun. I called Impact Guns. They offered no help. They basically said not our problem and to work it out with the dealer. I would not recommend you purchase anything from this group. "

Horrible site & horrible customer service

"If I could a negative rating, I would. The site is problematic. It didn't save my credit card info when I placed the order and when one of the backordered items was available 6+ months later, I didn't get it because they dropped the credit card info. I've received multiple emails saying that I need to add my credit card info even though I did and called in to provide it. The site didn't show the updated info even though the rep confirmed it was saved. I've received other emails saying that my order was cancelled because it was a test order when it was not. Kayla, the CS mgr and every rep I've spoken to about their site errors and concerning emails have answered calls with condescension and impatience. When I've provided feedback, they dismiss it. Don't bother ordering or contacting them. They apparently don't care about their customers."

Fraudulent company

"This company is shady as heck. I placed 2 orders and called to follow up. I was then told I have to create my own account with their website which I did. I called back then was told me address wasn’t verified. I have lived at the address for well over 10 years. I was transferred to a “supervisor” and told I couldn’t order with this company. I asked to ask to a manager he claimed that the manager going to be out for a week. What kind of company only has 1 manager? But what really gets me was he told me I could send a money order and receive both of my orders. When I told him I was uncomfortable with doing that he changed and said oh I feel uncomfortable getting you in touch with my manager? Wait what I think this commoner is very shady I think they wait you to send a money order and never send the products to you. I would highly recommend people not ordering for them. This main in very shady and I can’t wait to call back and speak with the manager. Also the system they use to verify your address is inaccurate. I think they try to bait people then they try to creat fraudulent identities please be careful."

10 Round Magazines Missing

"Total Frustration with this company. My FFL in NJ received the handgun that I purchased with only one each 17 round magazine which is illegal for me to use in NJ. The manufacturer, SAR USA, informed me that the gun should have been shipped with two each 10 round mags. When I requested they send me the proper mags for my purchase or credit my account for a separate purchase of these mags, they told me "We don't do that". After elevating my customer service phone call to their regional manager, they advised me that my only choice was to tell my FFL to return the gun and that I will be charged $15 for return shipping, or else I could to dispute the charges with my credit card company. These mags are in very short supply so I essentially bought a gun that I cannot use. I probably should have read all these negative reviews before makIng my purchase from this company."

"Placed an online order for an in-stock item and waited 6 weeks before receiving an email telling me my order had been cancelled. 6+ unanswered email attempts in that 6 week window as well. In that same time frame, the item is now impossible to find in stock anywhere else so I'm SOL...

Good price not so good customer service

"I ordered 1 magazine for a Browning 380 and two magazines for my Stoeger Str 9 mm. The prices were the best online I received my 380 magazine within the first week. 4 weeks later I'm still waiting on the two Stoeger 9 mm magazine. According to the purchase I made online they were supposed to be in stock. I've sent several emails to impact gun and received one response saying they would be shipped out July 6th. It is now 14th of July and I'm still waiting on a confirmation for my other two magazines. I will update this review Once or If Ever I receive my other two magazines."

Absolutely horrendous customer service.

"Purchased a state compliant Ruger AR556 over the weekend and setup the transfer with a local FFL dealer. The store randomly out of no where cancelled the order and claimed there was a shipping restriction that did not exist and then tried to bill my CC for the price of shipping after the order was cancelled. When I questioned what the problem was I received no answer from customer service. I tried two times to call only to be told the internet sales division was closed. They never restocked the item so I can only assume their reason for cancelling was just because they were selling an item that was OOS. Will never ever do business with them ever again."
