"Last week I ordered a MC9090-G from Glenn Tosco at Impact WMS. I was told the unit would not ship for 5 days due to stock outages. However Impact WMS able to locate the unit in a Motorola warehouse on the east coast and had it Fedex to me the next day. Thanks Guys!"

"I placed an order with this "company" on December 11, 2008 and did not get a peep out of them for a whole month, at which point I emailed support. One "Glenn Tosco" responded, saying that the item was backordered and would be restocked within one week (January 19, 2009). I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Another month goes by and I get nothing. On February 10, 2009, I look up the item on their website. Website says the item is in stock and ready to ship! I wrote another email to support asking them about the final status. To this day, I have not head back from them.

I reported them to Better Business Bureau, and I urge all who have received this treatment to do the same.

There appears to be a nexus between this company and MobileWMS.com

"I placed an order on August 19. My credit card was charged on August 19. I received an order confirmation on August 19.

When I received no shipping confirmation, I started calling. And calling. And calling. I have received no answer to 6 voicemails, and 2 emails. 8 days after purchase (August 27), I received an email that my order is being picked. Still no shipping confirmation.

The only voice mail boxes that I can get to are either the operator, or that of Glen Tosco (x116), who is listed at the Better Business Bureau as the COO of the company. Nobody returns voicemail. Nobody returns email. I am thoroughly disgusted.

I will NEVER order from these people again. They do business as MobileWMS.com as well. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL."

Haven't received anything, no tracking #, no shipping confirmation, 2 email, and 1 phone call with no response, including one where I said I was going to cancel the charge if they don't contact me.

"Attempted to purchase a replacement Plantronics stereo Plug-In cable. After 12 days of waiting, I contacted them and was told it was backordered and that it would ship out in another week. 27 days after initial order, with no communication, I finally filed a complaint with PayPal. Got my money back six weeks after my initial order. What a mess."
