Tried to contact several times and no answer back. Received a confirmation on order
and received a email a couple days later stating that it would take a couple weeks due to heavy response.
Still no answer on my emails to company or product.
This was paid through my card so i would say kiss that goodby.

"Do your research before buying anything from this fraud of a company, heavily advertised on Facebook. Bought one of those bone conduction headset from them back in March 2018 and nothing is delivered. Money is taken out of PayPal right away, though (very proficient in that department). Contacted customer service (loosely labeled) through their email and Facebook messenger and get absolutely no response. Finally open a fraud claim case through PayPal and with their help was able to recover the entire purchase amount (kudos to PayPal!).

ImperPrimeStore [http://www.imperprime.com] (a.k.a FastArrowShop) has multitude of users' posts on their FB page of paying for products that never get delivery. This outfit is a complete fraud. Stay far, far way.
