"I found the item I wanted on their site- listed for about $30 less than some sources in China! I thought 'this is great, maybe they have some old stock and theyre just blowing it out cheap.' WRONG.

They claim to ship in 5 days. I waited 2 WEEKS, then I finally get an email that says the status of my order is 'cancelled'. No explanation, thats all I get. Meanwhile, I have a client who's waiting on this item!

When I called, I got the lamest excuse. They didnt know anything about the specifics of the the item, or when they were getting more stock shipped in. Horrible service.

At least my debit card was never charged. "

"I ordered an HD Antenna from Titan Imports to replace our old 20 foot antenna at our cabin.
It did not work, I contatced them and they worked with me on trouble shooting and retified the problem.
Since I could not get to our cabin every weekend they were very patient as well.

I was looking for some Japanese products and found this website. It didn't look so credible but it was using paypal as payment method(which I really trust) so I thought I might give it a go.

Wow. I can't believe how stupid I was.
I misplaced an order and had to cancel one of it. I realized that mistake within 3 hours of the purchase which doesn't seem too bad.
The phone number listed in the site only gives you an automatic voice message to contact with the provided email address.(I called for 3days, at least 15 times including working hours for all different time zones)
Ok. so I tried emailing. The answer I got was 'will be shipped in 24hrs'. Are you kidding me? I said I wanted to cancel the order, not getting it shipped!!
I contacted Paypal, but doesn't seem to be much helpful in such case. Just after the purchase, I wasn't even able to cancel it through paypal. The seller claims the money from paypal right away and ignores all the messages sent from the buyer. Huh.
I tried contacting through facebook, twitter, email, phone call and no reply yet.

Stay away from this seller. Or if you feel like donating money to an unknown source, go for it"

However, I took a chance with this site, because even a GACKT fan with half-a-brain would know not to pass up an opportunity to purchase his goods that are on sale for under $20--in NEW(!) condition.
It was a risky bet, I admit, but it actually paid off in the end. In a little over a week, I received the awesome 6D7N Live DVD in perfect condition (that means in its original packaging, w/o a scratch), and only had to pay $25(!!!) for it all.
I am definitely going to buy more of GACKT's DVDs here, while they last!!"

"Okay, first everything is great. They have the lowest price, and the gun I want, including acceseries. So I buy from them. Right after, I had realized I had made a cruecial mistake... I had bought a battery that might not fit in my gun. Actually no biggie, i just said, "I would like to cancel my order." The only problem was, they didn't reply to me for about 5 days. "Ordered and paid for an item on 12/12/09. My bank account was charged twice for both the item and shipping. They then shipped it to an invalid address because they typo'd the house number. The item was shipped back to them as of 12/16, according to the post office. I never recieved the item and my 14 emails requesting a refund (of BOTH charges) have been ignored. I filed a fraudulant charge report with my bank today and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Do not buy from these thieves! "

I have never been so frustrated with a company before. Like other complaints on here I have had similar experiences. A heads up also, they DO NOT return phone calls or ever pick up the phone, (made over 30 calls to them) and they only respond after you go through the Better Business Bureau. I received an order totally different from what I purchased for some airsoft accessories. It was like they didn't even look at the order and just threw a bunch of random things in a box way too small for its contents. It was a horrible packaging job and I'm surprised the box actually made it. Must have been all that sloppy packaging tape. So, order takes forever, contents is wrong, and I tell them I don't want to pay for return shipping. They tell me if I want my money back I have to return it with my money and they will reimburse me once they receive it. This is exactly what they said in the email:

"The way we do it is you send us back the unopened merchandise and we credit your account for the shipping through your original order. Of course we do NOT charge shipping for the mistake we made. You just have to get it to us so we can assess the situation."

HAHAHAHAHAHA, I actually thought they might reimburse me for shipping it back, $30.00 silly me. Of course they didn't but they did eventually give me my money back for the original purchase after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Just an awful awful company. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Oh one more thing, If they were so legit why would they need so many different company names to sell the same items?

And lastly, there are so many simple spelling errors on all of their sites. Makes you wonder.
