"Some quick google research showed IRP to have the best prices around, plus free shipping over $100.
I ordered front and back brake pads for my MINI Cooper, but before ordering online, called for advice.

First, I got a human right away!! I didn't even have to navigate my way through "press or say 1 for sales" nonsense...

Then, the person who answered helped me decide which brake pads to go with, based on questions he asked me about model and my driving style.

And finally, the order shipped the very next morning (I ordered late in the day), and was on my doorstep the next day!!!!!!! And that was standard UPS ground.
(I guess the credit there partly belongs ot UPS.)

Anyhow, I will bookmark this site as a reliable and friendly source of both parts and advice.
