Sent multiple emails trying to get responses but yet to receive any kind of news. Purchase the product a second time with the same results. "I'll remove this review if and when I actually get the grille that I paid for. The customer service has been terrible since before even buying the bumper. The only reason I did buy it was that he was the only store still selling this particular item. I have since found another, so if anyone is looking for the Hana bumper, there are other stores that sell it, just go through a couple of Google search pages, and/or use the image search.
My review just echoes what the other 41 one-star reviews have said. Similar experience. Would not recommend using this store.

"This is one of the most DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE i’ve ever talked to! I have yet to get my shipping details & it has been almost a month, the customer service rep replied “it doesn’t matter one squirt of ***** while i was complaining on how my vents were taking so long & my car is sitting without them & i continuously have to cover it so i don’t ruin the engine & surrounding parts in it. I understand shipping might take a little long but i was informed that other customers have been waiting “over 3+ months for similar parts”!!! I would have never purchased here if I knew it would have taken that long! Their product & shipping description maximum is one month for ALL PRODUCTS INCLUDING CUSTOM! I’ve ordered countless items from other shops & all is here including custom parts. Don’t order from here if you have any item you want & don’t expect good service either."

"I had heard about import shark from a instagram account that had the same car as me and he said good product bad customer service and they were completely right. I ordered a Luxon grill for my Hyundai Genesis coupe I waited 2 weeks before emailing them because they took my money and didn’t give me any kind of response about shipping. So I emailed them and they were extremely rude using very vulgar language. Then they said that I would have to change the grill to another one because the one I wanted was damaged. So I picked a different one (which was cheaper than the original one I ordered) then within the next 2 months finally received the grill I wasn’t happy with the product (they also didn’t fund me back the money because the second grill I ordered was cheaper than the first) . I wanted to return it and I told him it didn’t fit as good as I would like and he preceded to tell me I was too f*cking stupid to install it and much more. I’m still emailing them arguing trying to get my money back for their terrible product. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM IMPORT SHARK."
"Got sent a badge cover for my stinger when I got it it wasn't even stuck to the piece of plastic that makes it so it stays sticky I messaged the seller and tried to put it on anyways hoping it would be fine. It didnt stick in one spot and told them that they then accused me of removing it and trying to put it back on and told me they would replace it if I order more stuff what a joke!!! I will never order from this company again!"

"I ordered 2 items in January 2018. I received one part of the order 4 months after I keep asking about my order but didn't receive the other one. After more and more complaining and more excuses from them I have just given up on the second part of my order and to this day (at the time of writing this, March 2019) I have not received the item."
"I made a two item purchase, cancelled one portion of the purchase and did receive a refund, but the communications quickly devolved when after a month I asked for a tracking update on the remaining item. The vendor became rude, insisting I was impatient and needed to wait for the parts to be imported. Cursed at me through emails. But I waited, ultimately 3 months before I was told the item was no longer available. I requested cancellation and full refund, and vendor tried to convince me to get something else instead. When I insisted on refund, they stopped communicating all together. I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my refund. I left a review of the item I wanted, to warn other shoppers of my difficulties, and they changed my review to say "I love my wheel caps" FAKE REVIEWS, HORRIBLE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, 3 MONTH NIGHTMARE. I didnt think to search their reviews before ordering, now I find HUNDREDS of horror stories about Import Shark. STAY AWAY! I'm just glad I used PayPal, so I could get my refund."
"Received parts 5 months after making payments for parts that were suppose to be restocked within a month (why I waited so long idk). Not only that, when I did receive the parts, I received them damaged and Mike pretty much told me I get what I paid for and told me to **** off. He told me I should’ve inspected it first before signing, I have a shipping and receiving department that takes in all shipments and the guys there hardly knows a thing about cars. They noted that the box was damaged but still signed for it and then transferred it over to me. Even after noting that and the shipping company confirming that it was damaged prior to us receiving, Mike still didn’t care."
