"I'm writing about my first shopping experience with In4Dealz. This retailer offers a number of moderate to high discount items (mostly electronic hardware/gadgets) each day on a limited duration, similar to other vendors such as Woot.

My first order was for an Android TV mini computer stick, and I decided to purchase it from this retailer based on reviews and low price. For some reason, the order was duplicated by mistake, and naturally I emailed customer support to have the duplicate order canceled. Since the order was made through Paypal, payment is made before the item is shipped, so I also wanted a refund.

The initial cancellation request was made on 11/14, and I've gotten email responses from In4Daalz that the order will be canceled and payment refunded, but as of now I'm still waiting for it to process.

"Good prices, very friendly customer service.
I emailed them several times because I could not track the shipping of my order and always got a swift reply. Afterwards it turned out to be a error of Chinapost. The tracking information is not updated very frequently at the chinapost website. So the only thing I think that can be improved is shipping time. Shipping was for free but it took 20 workingdays for my order to arrive in Europe. With other China sellers I recieved my order always within 12 working days.

I ordered a android mini PC with an airmouse plus a USB hub. All items came brand new in original packaging."

There was some delay in the delivery of the MK808 mini pc. I wrote an email to their service department and got a reassuring answer very fast.
The next morning the device was delivered. It appeared that the Dutch Postal Service had made a mistake, not they!
The prices are really cheaper. With the MK808 through in4dealz I could save 40 dollars!

Shipping was extremely quick, product is fantastic!

Had an issue with the AC power adapter not functioning, resolved under a day with one email, with In4Dealz quickly shipping a replacement.

"Ordered am UG802 android stick from them. Shipping time even though it was basic delivery from China took about two weeks which to me was just fine, plus it was free. Product even though it has wifi issues, which is a manufacture defect I am still happy. The customer service has been very responsive and helpful."

"Placed an order, then cancelled it in a few hours. Customer service confirmed the cancellation and agreed to refund. After 5 days, I sent many emails to inquiry the refund. Every time they said they will refund immediately, but they never refunded. Please refund, it is not your money."

I contacted In4dealz customer service and they responded promptly. I explained it had been my mistake and asked if I could return the tablet. They said yes and even better offered a tablet that would work with Netflix. I took them up on the offer and returned my tablet and they very quickly shipped the replacement.
