They placed the un-boxed cookie jar and lid, in an over sized box, with no packing material, simply a thin square piece of paper covering the jar. I tried everything to contact them. I called over and over, I emailed over and over. Not ONE response, and never a refund. The had insurance on the shipment, but that's for the shipper to claim. It wouldn't surprise me if it was broken when they shipped it. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! "

"ordered two dresses from In Fashion Kids. They were very cute, but simply did not fit. They were the largest sizes and no other sizes would work. I am still attempting to return them, but am unable to reach anyone there at all. I have sent five emails within two weeks with no response. I have called multiple times and have never been able to reach someone. Their "customer service" department seems to be out of the office permanently because they can't seem to respond to my repeated voicemails. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy something online from them think twice, unless you absolutely know you will not need to return the item you are purchasing."
