"I don't know what all the fuss is about. I just bought a case that came with a 420W PS and I added 2 fans for $10 which is not bad at all. I paid $60 overall for it. $35 case, $10 2 fans, and $15 shipping (that's my only gripe). It came in exactly one week (ordered 22nd, came on 29th) and had excellent packaging. I had 3 seperate questions before I even made an order, and I asked via email in 3 seperate emails. All of them were answered in one day (the day which I ordered) and in fact, were answered within a 4 hour period. I asked the first question, and when i got a response, I asked another, then again with teh 3rd. The contact with them was excellent. When my case came, it came with my 2 fans, mounting hardware, and even a power cable which was a $3 option I did not ask for."
"Ordered 6 copies of Mcafee Virus Scan 7.0, got the price from Price Watch. When order arrived only 5 copies were in the envelope. I called the sales department, they told me it would be shipped that day. Received the other 3 days later. So I'm happy with the sales and service, price was great and other than having to wait an extra day for the other cd my experience was good."
"I ordered ram from them. on pricewatch the price was $53 and i wrote that in the comments section of the order. they charged me regular price ($61.49) and on top of that they charge $18.36 for shipping two sticks of memory! they didn't do a great job packaging. i would never order from them again and wouldn't recommend!!! bad company!!!"
"I'm in the minority here, but I was satisfied with the service. The price was exactly what Pricewatch said it would be, including the shipping price, which was reasonable ($4.98 for a DVD-ROM drive, $0.99 for a CD).
The product shipped immediately and arrived on time.
The only thing I wasn't too happy with was the packaging, they used a Priority Mail bag from USPS and filled it with packing peanuts + products (products wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic bag).
Everything arrived in excellent condition, but I would have preferred if they had used a cardboard box instead."
"***Update!!***
They never replied, never helped me, never addressed the situation. Now the NIC is failing constantly. Im curious as to how Im supposed to deal with the situation :(. I was never able to get my money back on the original overcharge. (sigh)
***===***
Followed a pricewatch.com link for a D-Link DFE-530TX+ 10/100 PCI NIC retail for $9 + $4 flat fee USPS shipping. While doing checkout a notice was posted saying improper shipping would be listed for the total, and that the proper flat fee shipping would be applied manually before I was charged and item was shipped. Instead they charged me $14 for the NIC and $17 for the shipping. it arrived OEM, with the card in a plastic sleave case, wraped in a layer of bubble wrap, and then in a big folded over USPS priority first class shipping bag. No drivers, no box, no cable.
Ive been trying for 2 days to reach them.. all voice-mail boxs are full, and no lines will answer. This place sucks. if I don't hear from them by tomorrow (I've sent a very unhappy e-mail to their sales dept), Im reversing the charge, and filing a complaint with the BBB.
Also... their link on Pricewatch.com is now gone, and their home page lists a different price and no "flat fee" notice"
"I Purchased "2" CDRW's and received email conformation and a tracking number.I received "1" large box containing "1" CDRW. I sent 3 emails but got no response. Called numerous times (at my expense) and only got recorded messages. I was able to leave messages on their machine but no one ever returned my calls.
I finally called MasterCard and am in the middle of filling out the paperwork to get the charge removed from my credit card.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

"this is one great company,,no problems,,love the hot swap program."
"I bought a SOYO TISU MB for $40 + tax + $11.03 shipping.
Service/shipping was prompt although packing was pretty minimal. Shipping was a bit high but the price was good on the MB.
I was concerned about a possible RMA due to incompatability with my CPU and e-mailed Inca-City . . . have not heard back from them yet - it's been 4 days. Fortunately, I don't have to RMA."
"Idiots! shipped hard drive loose in a box with loose peanuts, drive would not function. tried 3 times to get RMA #, then they tell me to Fax them the information on the HD, like they don't have it!!
Emailed and called long distance to argue with their rep. who could not tell the difference between fax and email, kept telling me to fax them the form THEY EMAILED(!) me so they could issue an RMA, WTF? I am ON THE PHONE WITH YOU GIVE ME THE #$@$% RMA number!!!!!!
HOPE THEY ENJOYED MY $56.00, IT'S THE LAST THEY WILL GET FROM ME!!!"
