"Purchased a MRSF-093-BLK feather [Advance] from their website at Incipio.com. Automated e-mail generated a order number and tracking number. After numerous e-mails and phone calls that roll into voice mail I have opened a dispute with Paypal. After looking into their Better Business records and comments off their Facebook business profile this seems common practice. Amazon reviews gave their products high reviews but this product was not available yet. I would now be hesitate to use any of their products in case of warranty concerns. They are obviously focused on distributing their products and shouldn't directly sell to the public if they cannot answer their phones or reply at ****@**** BBB states numerous warranty complaints. "
