made an order 08/01, charged my CC but never sent me the order...after weeks and weeks of calling and putting up with their RUDE customer service ( they only have one rep " RAJ" )...6 weeks later they refunded my money but not before I got my lawyer to talk to them directly.

"I do not like the way that this company treated me. I called them and explained to then that my box was not working properly. I explained to them the symptoms of my device and they agreed to accept the return and gave me an RMA number. I then returned it and they then charged me an additional $50.00 for the shipping. After they charged me the extra money, they then said that nothing was wrong with the device and they then wanted to charge me to return it to me, this after they agreed that something was wrong with the device and they gave me a RMA number. My advice to anyone who does business with this company is to be very careful and to only use this company as a last resort.
I asked for a refund because they began to seem very shady business people and I ended up loosing.
They ended up charging me close to $300.00 dollars for a $200.00 dollar device, and ended up receiving only $150.00 for the return of their product. "
