"Bought a battery for IBM X21. Paid a good $109 for it. Website did not mention battery will be a used one. After discover the IBM battery software, I discovered the supposely "new" battery was in fact a very beat up old battery.
Been cycled 70 times and holds about 1/3 of the original charge. Talked to the sales, they said they couldn't help me since those battery came from IBM directly and supposely to be new or "service parts".
Unfortunately, I did not find this out till after 30 days. However, I would not buy from this store ever again. Their website is very misleading and mentioned nothing about been old battery. I would not pay a brand new battery price for an old beatup battery that only holds 1/3 of the original charge."
