The only response I ever got from them "We attempted to charge your card for your monthly service charges but the charge was declined on your credit card".
Waste of my money (the 1000 minute plan in 7.95 but u end up paying 9.17$ finally).
Access numbers always state that the recipient is busy even when that's not the case.
